I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who sees the world the way you do.
My practice is intentionally boutique and niche, because one-size-fits-all care? Not my style. I bring a queer, intersectional feminist, anti-capitalist lens—so, we’ll absolutely drag the patriarchy, diet culture, and hustle culture while we heal.
I take this work seriously, but I’ll also laugh with you, and drop an F bomb or 2 while helping you make sense of the hard stuff and feel powerful in your truth.
A session with me feels like a heart-to-heart with someone who gets what you’re going through—no judgment, just honest, real talk, support, and evidence-based therapy to help you heal.
I’m here to make space for all of it: the tears, the laughs, the aha moments. This is your space to unpack your story, feel truly seen and heard, and start making choices that are authentically yours.
